Kaminski Archery Backyard Championship Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1) Sponsor

This promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Kaminski Archery (“Sponsor”). Sponsor mailing address: PO Box 742, Micanopy, FL 32667, USA.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Easton or any other prize manufacturer. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2) Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins December 15, 2025 and ends February 16, 2026 8:00AM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

3) Eligibility

Open to legal residents of countries/regions where permitted by law who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if older). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.

International note: Some countries, states, or provinces restrict or prohibit sweepstakes, require registration, impose translation requirements, or otherwise regulate promotions. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. (Many promoters choose to exclude certain regions such as Quebec due to additional requirements.)

4) How to Enter

You may enter in either of the following ways:

A. Automatic Entry with Tournament Registration
Each archer who registers for the Backyard Championship during the Promotion Period receives (1) entry.

B. Additional Entries for Scorecard Submissions (Registered Participants Only)
Each eligible scorecard submission during the Promotion Period earns (1) additional entry.

C. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Mail-In (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without registering, hand-print your full name, email address, phone number, country, and mailing addresson a postcard and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be received by February 16, 2026 8:00AM ET.

Equal entry opportunity: To keep entry methods equivalent, AMOE entrants may also submit additional postcards (one entry per postcard, per day) during the Promotion Period, up to the same maximum number of additional entries allowed via scorecard submissions.

5) Entry Limits

Limit 10 total entries per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Duplicate or mechanically reproduced entries are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, tampering, or violating these Rules.

6) Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

One (1) winner will receive:

• 1 dozen Easton X10 Parallel Pro 3.2mm shafts (winner’s choice of spine)

• 1 dozen Easton Tungsten Points for 3.2 Parallel Pro (winner chooses 100gr or 120gr)

• 1 dozen pins for 3.2 Parallel Pro

• 1 dozen pin nocks (winner’s choice)

• 1 dozen nock impact collars for 3.2 Parallel Pro (optional)

• 1 pack of WAV Pro vanes (winner’s choice of color)

Total ARV: $750 USD (estimate; actual value may vary). No cash substitution. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any item becomes unavailable.

7) Winner Selection and Odds

Winner will be selected in a random archery style drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period within 5 business days of February 16, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8) Winner Notification and Verification

Winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided. Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where lawful), and any tax forms required by Sponsor within the time stated in the notification.

9) 30-Day Claim Deadline and Forfeiture

The winner must claim the prize within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the winner notification is sent (the “Claim Period”).
If the winner does not respond, cannot be verified, is ineligible, fails to complete required paperwork, or does not claim the prize within the Claim Period, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner (time permitting) or handle it in Sponsor’s discretion, subject to applicable law.

10) Shipping, Customs, and Import Fees (International)

Sponsor will ship the prize to the winner’s verified mailing address. International winners are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes/VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their jurisdiction. If shipment is prohibited, refused, returned, or cannot be completed due to local restrictions or costs, the winner may be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

11) Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, and international taxes, reporting, and fees associated with receipt and use of the prize.

12) Publicity (Where Lawful)

By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may use winner’s name, city/region, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

13) Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited.

14) Privacy

Sponsor will use entrant information to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor’s privacy practices. 

15) Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, and resolved in Alachua County, Florida.
