• Day 1 (February 7): Form, Mental Game & Group Sessions 
• Refine your shot cycle, learn mental strategies for competition, and get your body out of hibernation and ready for archery again! 

• Day 2 (February 8): One-on-One Form Assessments, Group Lessons & Goal Setting
• Personalized coaching sessions to fine-tune your form,  interactive group lessons, and goal-setting strategies to keep you motivated all season.
